The Belmont office has been home for the past 10 years; however, the lease ends in May 2026, so it’s time to move.
This has presented us with a rare opportunity to start a new chapter and relocate the BaptistCare Perth Shared Services office to a more modern environment with a fresh office setting, innovative ways of working and great views.
Drum roll please…
The new premises are Level 7, 25 Rowe Avenue, Rivervale.

This is just a few minutes’ drive from Belgravia St.
This new chapter is more than an office move. It involves changes to the way we use the office space, invites us to explore great new local amenities like cafes, and is an opportunity to consider a different mode of travel to work.
The key to the success of ‘more than a move’ will be YOU. We all need to get involved, collaborate and combine our collective efforts to successfully navigate this significant transition together.
The key date we’re working towards is Friday, 1 April 2026 (yes, we know it’s April Fool’s Day… but only until 12pm). This is the date we can take possession of the new office.
Other key dates include:
- December – Bring together the formalised working group, including Change Champions
- January onwards – Office cleanup begins – just like a house move, you need to clear out the clutter and decide what needs to be kept and thrown out – don’t move something that should be thrown in the bin!
- Early April – Technology and equipment move first, testing of all equipment, meeting rooms, desk setup, etc
- Mid-late April – Employees start to move
- End May – All employees and equipment need to vacate the Belmont office so the premises can be returned to the landlord
We will let you know more detail about the timeline as the plans are finalised. You will be given ample notice to pack, clean and prepare yourself to move to the new office.
What’s a Change Champion?
Great question! A change champion is someone who is super excited about moving office (isn’t everyone?). As an extension of the Project Working Group, your role as a Change Champion will be as a local cheerleader, advocating for the change on behalf of your peers. As well as being among the first to visit the new premises the role will also include:
- Representing colleagues by providing ideas on how the changes are designed and rolled out.
- Providing a pulse check for sentiment on the ground as we move the change process.
- Liaising between affected colleagues and the project team sharing information in both directions
We’re looking for Change Champions across the office to help us move. If you’re interested, please email Camilla Martin.
We will send you regular updates about the office fitout, packing and moving, what to expect in the new office, meeting rooms and so much more!
You can stay up to date with all the information about moving by regularly checking the Project

Projects like moving office only happen because many people contribute significant time and energy to bringing the project to fruition. Some of your outstanding colleagues have already used their expertise to find us a brilliant location that saves us money and better suits our modern ways of working. A huge thanks to all those people!
And thank you to everyone who contributed time and insights via our Unispace consultants, who conducted research to understand our current ways of working and inform our plans for future ways of working.
